Sue Murray, Safety Coordinator
-Cabot Creamery
Holly LeClair, Green Mountain Safety has played a huge part in communicating to Cabot employees the importance of placing Safety #1. She has worked with the Safety Committee here at Cabot for approximately 5 years and has spoke on a variety of topics to various different audiences. A few examples are….
- To the Safety Committee, Managers and Supervisors – The Cost of an Accident.
- To All Employees – Safe Lifting.
- To selected Forklift and Pallet jack Operators – Train the Trainer for Forklift/Pallet jack.
Holly presents a clear and interesting class. She is very knowledgeable on the subject she is presenting and is always on time and well prepared. She has earned a high level of respect from the Cabot employees and they look forward to attending her classes. I personally have attended a large number of seminars she has hosted at the Hickok Boardman Building. These seminars have helped me to gain the knowledge for me to create a safer work environment at Cabot. Holly has been a great resource for me to get guidance for a safety situation or answer a question I may have on interpreting an OSHA regulation. She has been an incredible role model for me in helping me to be a successful Safety Coordinator, which in turn benefits our employees and company as a whole.

–Rhino Foods, Inc.
Holly LeClair and Mary-Beth Morrisseau from Green Mountain Safety have been working on site at Rhino for the past two years to help us make ongoing improvements to our safety programs and culture. They are on-site weekly and have become integrated into our operations. Their primary focus is to develop and implement core safety programs which ensure OSHA compliance and an accident-free workplace. They have been instrumental in establishing and/or improving programs such as Confined Space, Personal Protective Equipment, Electrical Safety (70E), and many others. They ensure not only that these programs are written in compliance with regulations, but that they are effectively implemented and our workforce has the training and skills needed on a day-to-day basis. Holly and Mary-Beth bring years of safety experience, and have worked hard to build strong working relationships with our employees. In the time they have been here, their experience and relationships have helped Rhino Foods make dramatic safety improvements including reducing workplace injuries by one-third, achieving a below-average eMod rating, and instilling a safety mindset within our culture!
